How long does a repair take?
Most repairs (screen, battery, port) are done in 1–2 hours on the same day. Logic board or micro-soldering jobs can take 24–72 hours depending on complexity.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes. Every repair comes with a written warranty: 6 months on screens and batteries and 3 months on logic boards. It covers part failures; not moisture, breakage or misuse.
Could I lose my data?
With standard repairs (screen, battery, port) your data is safe. On logic boards we always try to keep it, although in severe cases that isn't always possible.
Do you repair logic boards?
Yes, we specialise in micro-soldering: charging faults, no power, error 9, Face ID, Touch ID and data recovery from damaged boards.
Do you fix water-damaged phones?
Yes. If your phone got wet, don't turn it on and message us as soon as possible. We do ultrasonic cleaning and a full diagnosis. The sooner, the better the chances.
Do you have a walk-in shop?
We work by appointment only. Book and we'll send you the workshop address when we confirm. We also offer home pick-up across Tenerife.
How can I pay?
